Alliant Energy established the Alliant Energy Electric Power Distribution (EPD) Scholarship to provide financial support to Blackhawk Technical College students.

- The scholarship recipient must be enrolled (or will be enrolled) in the Electrical Power Distribution (EPD) program at Blackhawk Technical College
- The scholarship recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student and have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA based on 12 or more credits.
- The scholarship recipient will be in good academic standing with Blackhawk.
- Preference will also be given to a student who demonstrates financial need.
- One scholarship is to be reserved for a minority or under-represented group within the student population, or for a woman in a non-traditional area of study. Scholarships are to be used to offset the cost of tuition and/or books.
- Preference shall be given to students showing financial need and students that furnish proof that he/she or his/her immediate family is a customer of Alliant Energy.
Alpha Delta Kappa Scholarship (Fall)
The Alpha Delta Kappa - Omicron Chapter of Monroe, Wisconsin established the Alpha Delta Kappa Scholarship to financially support students at Blackhawk Technical College.
The Alpha Delta Kappa is an international honorary organization for female educators.

Established by David and Carole Schenker, The Anna Schenker Memorial Scholarship is in loving memory of their daughter, Anna Schenker, and intended to provide financial support to students at Blackhawk Technical College.
Anna Schenker attended Parker High School and was an artist who enjoyed snow and water sports, and lived life to the fullest.

- The scholarship recipient must have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA.
- The scholarship recipient will demonstrate a financial need.
- Preference will be given to a scholarship recipient who is a recent high school graduate between the age of 17-20 years old.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have a deceased sibling
AVI Next Gen Scholarship (Spring)
AVI Systems established the AVI Next Gen Scholarship in 2021. The scholarship is intended to provide financial support to students at Blackhawk Technical College.

- First Preference: The scholarship recipient must be enrolled (or will be enrolled) in the Information Technology program of study (either associate degree or technical diploma) at Blackhawk Technical College.
- Second Preference: The scholarship recipient must be enrolled (or will be enrolled) in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Nuclear) program of study (either associate degree or technical diploma) at Blackhawk Technical College.
- The scholarship recipient must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time student (minimum of 6 credits).
- The scholarship recipient will be in good academic standing with Blackhawk.
- Preference will also be given to a student who demonstrates financial need.
BACTE Endowed Scholarship (Fall)
The Blackhawk Association for Career and Technical Education established the BACTE Endowed Scholarship in 2019 to provide scholarship support to students pursuing a post-secondary education at Blackhawk Technical College. The scholarship is intended to provide financial support to students at Blackhawk Technical College.
The Blackhawk Association for Career and Technical Education (BACTE) was a technical college professional organization that supported professional development and technical colleges by meeting with legislators and speaking on behalf of the technical colleges every single year. BACTE also supported students by holding specials events.

Dr. Gregg & Helen Dickinson established the Ben Dickinson Memorial Endowment Fund Scholarship in October 2022 to encourage and financially support students pursuing their post-secondary education at Blackhawk Technical College, in honor of their son, Ben.

- Three (3) - $2,500 scholarships for students studying in a manufacturing related-program at Blackhawk Technical College. (Students seeking a technical diploma or associate degree program.)
- One (1) - $2,500 scholarship for a student studying in a law, public safety, or security related-program at Blackhawk Technical College. (Students seeking a technical diploma or associate degree program.)
- Two (2) - $2,500 scholarship for students studying in any program of study at Blackhawk Technical College. (Students seeking a technical diploma, an associate degree, or the Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degree - the University Transfer degree program).
- The scholarship recipient must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time student (minimum of 6 credits).
- The scholarship recipient will be in good academic standing with Blackhawk.
- Preference will also be given to a student who demonstrates financial need.
